AI Text & Photo Studio

Two AI tools: descriptions written from your photos in the property form, and photo enhancement in Photo Studio. Both propose, you decide – originals are always kept.

Descriptions

• Generate – a description from the photos and the details you entered, streamed into the field
• Improve – rewrites your own text, keeping your facts
• Translate – English, Greek or Russian, into the same field

Photo Studio

Open Photo Studio from the My Properties toolbar (or the bottom bar on a phone). Scan listing finds weak photos, Enhance selected improves the ones you tick, Autopilot — all listings goes through the whole portfolio. The AI button forces a generative pass that retouches clutter, light and colour, billed at the full AI rate.

Results arrive as proposals with a before/after slider: Apply this listing or Apply all listings; Enhance again restores the original and runs once more. Photos hosted outside Selekto are marked External and cannot be enhanced. Auto-enhance on upload is on by default – switch it in Settings → Integrations.

How AI photos are marked

A photo that went through the generative route carries a machine-readable AI marker in the file and a visible "AI" mark in the corner, as the EU AI Act requires. The faithful sharpen-and-upscale route is not generative and is not marked. Do not strip the marker when you republish the image elsewhere.

Cost

Per photo: faithful enhancement 1 credit, generative pass 10 credits, tonal fix free. The same original is never charged twice. AI text tools and Photo Studio need a paid plan.
