Learn how to use Selekto
Export to Portals
Selekto generates an XML feed per portal – Bazaraki, Kyero and RERA – that the portal reads to show your listings. Edit once in Selekto, publish everywhere.
How it works
- Go to My Properties and press Export (on narrow screens it sits inside the I/O menu)
- Press Play next to a portal to enable its feed; Enable all turns on all three
- Click the portal row to see your unique Feed URL, an XML preview and, for Bazaraki, an optional Seller ID; Regenerate Feed URL replaces the link if it leaked
- Give the URL to the portal – each portal connects it on its own side (Bazaraki through their support)
- Listings with an active status appear on the portal automatically
Publication status per portal
Each listing has its own status on each portal. On the card's back (Export section) the states read Not published / Active / Paused / Removing; in the bulk toolbar the same actions are Publish / Pause / Remove:
- Active (Publish) – included in the feed, visible on the portal
- Paused (Pause) – excluded from the feed; the portal keeps the ad as it is
- Removing (Remove) – the feed tells the portal to take the ad down
What goes out
- Title, description, price with currency, location, details and agent contacts
- Photos: up to 50 for Kyero and RERA, up to 16 for Bazaraki (JPG, PNG or GIF only – WebP photos are skipped)
- Only agency listings that are Available or Reserved; Bazaraki also skips listings without a price
To change a price or a photo on a portal, edit the listing in Selekto: the feed updates itself. Portals re-read feeds on their own schedule (Bazaraki roughly every hour), so an edit can take up to an hour to show there.
