Learn how to use Selekto
Connected Feeds
A feed you imported by URL becomes a connected feed: Selekto compares it with your portfolio, shows what changed and applies changes only with your consent. Selekto never deletes anything on its own.
Where to find them
Go to My Properties → Import. Connected feeds are listed above the URL field. Each card shows the feed name, the number of listings, its state, an Auto-sync switch, one action button (Check now, Review N changes or Try again after a read error) and Forget – forgetting a feed keeps the listings in your portfolio.
Reviewing changes
- New in the feed – listings that will be added (as many as your plan has free slots)
- Updated in the feed – price, description, rooms, area, location and other fields that changed; fields you edited yourself are kept
- Needs your decision – a field you edited and the feed changed too: choose Keep mine or Use the feed's. Undecided ones stay as they are
- No longer in the feed – nothing changes automatically; choose Keep, unlink from feed, Move to archive or Remove selected
Apply N changes applies everything at once. New photos are downloaded; photos you enhanced in Photo Studio are never replaced.
Auto-sync
Turn on Auto-sync on a feed card (a consent screen explains the rules once). Selekto then checks the feed every 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours – your choice in the feed settings – and applies safe changes by itself: prices, descriptions, details, new listings, new photos. Never automatically: deletions, archiving, fields you edited, enhanced photos, listings in a running ad campaign. Feeds without Auto-sync are checked only when you press Check now.
Telegram summary
In the feed settings choose Every day, Every week or Off and the time. It is sent only when something changed and has a Review in Selekto button (Telegram is connected in Settings).
Badges on cards
- In sync (green) – matches the feed
- Review (yellow) – the feed has changes waiting, or a field you edited differs from the feed
- Options (red) – no longer in the feed; the badge opens the three choices
- On hold (blue) – locked by a running ad campaign; changes wait for it to finish
