Moderation & Licence

Everything Selekto publishes – public pages, selections, portal feeds and ads – passes automatic checks. Hidden content stays in your account – you always see what was hidden and why.

What is not published

• Links of any kind in descriptions – phone numbers and email addresses are fine
• Payment details such as IBANs or crypto wallets
• Prohibited content: sexual, violence, weapons, drugs; personal documents in photos
• Wording flagged for review (pressure to prepay, discrimination) – hidden until a person checks it

A hidden photo shows a red frame and a counter on the card; a hidden description hides the text; a flagged title hides the whole listing or selection from public pages, feeds and ads. Fix the content and it is checked again. Ads are stricter and cannot be bypassed.

Licence verification

1. Go to Settings → Company → Licence and enter your Registration number and Licence number
2. If the licence is in your own name, tick The licence is in my own name and confirm with the 6-digit code sent to the contact from the registry
3. A match with the registry marks you verified; the line "On behalf of your company · Reg. No. · Licence No." (or "Licensed real estate agent …") is printed on your ads and public pages
