Getting Started
Welcome to Selekto — a property selection platform that helps real estate agencies create personalized, Tinder-style property presentations for their clients. Import properties, build curated selections, share a link, and track your client's reactions in real-time.
Who is this for?
Selekto is built for real estate agencies and individual agents in Cyprus. If you work with property listings on Bazaraki and want a better way to present options to your clients, Selekto is for you.
Quick Start in 5 Steps
- Import properties — go to My Properties and add listings via XML feed (from developers or other sources)
- Create a client — go to Clients and add your buyer or tenant
- Build a selection — go to Selections, pick a client, and add matching properties
- Share the link — send the selection URL to your client via WhatsApp, email, or any messenger
- Track reactions — watch likes, dislikes, and comments appear on your Dashboard in real-time
Interactive Tour
When you first visit My Properties, an interactive tour will guide you through every feature step by step. The tour is interactive — you'll click on real buttons and see real dialogs. You can restart the tour anytime by clicking the lightbulb icon in the top header bar.
