Adding Properties

Every listing lives in My Properties. Add them one by one, import a whole feed, or send them from your phone.

Ways to add a listing

• Add Property – the manual form: photos, address, price with currency, details and an AI-drafted description
• Import → XML Feed – paste a feed URL (or the XML text itself), press Validate & Preview, review the changes and press Apply. The feed becomes a connected feed – see Connected Feeds
• Telegram bot – send photos and a short note and the bot drafts the listing; paste one Bazaraki link to add that listing, or several links to choose Add properties or Add + build selection
• Assistant – attach up to 20 photos with the paperclip and ask it to add the listing

Editing and deleting

Flip the card (the tab on its right edge) to reach Edit, Copy link, Open, Availability, Photos, Export and Delete listing. Deleting removes the listing from your portfolio, from selections and from the export feeds; the same actions work in bulk after ticking several cards.

Agency vs Personal

• Agency Properties – shared with your whole team and included in export feeds
• Personal tab – your own deals; excluded from the agency feeds

Availability

Every listing has a status: Available, Reserved, Leased, Sold, Paused or Archived. Change it from the status pill on the card or from the card's back (Availability). Only Available and Reserved listings go to portals; Archived listings also leave your selections.

Reminders

When you set a date – Lease ends for a leased listing, Resume on for a paused one, or a custom reminder – Selekto reminds you by Telegram and/or email on the days you pick (30, 7 and 0 days before by default), with a Snooze 3 days link in the message. The Calendar view in My Properties shows all reminders by month.
