Desk

The Desk is one screen for the daily loop: your portfolio on the left, the selection you are building in the middle, your clients on the right. It is a desktop screen (from 1120 px wide); on a phone the Desk sends you to My Properties.

Four steps

1. Collect – add listings from the portfolio column; the selection is created with the first listing you add
2. Preview – see the page exactly as your client will, and set the Search and Pixels switches for public selections (details in Pixels & Tracking)
3. Send (For client) – pick recipients with an email address, edit the letter and press Send; Share (For anyone) – copy the link and post it wherever you like
4. Final – responses: who opened, what they liked and disliked, which contacts they left

Selection mode

• For client – one shared page for the people you send it to: their reactions, their chat about listings. Never in search
• For anyone – each visitor swipes their own copy and is asked for contacts; the page can be indexed by search engines and advertised

The mode switch sits on the Collect step (both modes are described in Selections). Clients you attach on the Send step get the letter and appear in the responses; you can also open the client card straight from the right column.
